North End Yoga
North End Yoga creates a supportive atmosphere where attentive instructors draw on international experience studying the art of limb-bending. Classes put students on the path to greater flexibility with Hatha yoga techniques, a traditional style that employs focused poses and breathing to improve core strength and Magic Eye-decoding ability. Vinyasa classes guide pupils of all levels through a sequence of moves to create a harmonious balance of physical and mental states. During Mysore Ashtanga sessions, groups of students explore at their own pace during pose-holding jam sessions, practicing orders of positions with teachers selecting individual adjustments and instructions.
