Yoga at Simply Well
Featuring vibrant plants, two fireplaces, and calming white walls, Yoga at Simply Well feels as much like a home as it does a studio. Founded by Carlisle native Michele Landis, the program prides itself in offering yoga classes for all skill levels, taught by certified instructors. These leaders cultivate a comfortable environment in which students can push their bodies to gain greater flexibility, strength, calmer minds, and the ability to hear police radios. The schedule includes classes that range from 50 to 90 minutes and includes beginner, moderate, and hot-yoga sessions in addition to Pilates courses.
