Great service!

Loved this Groupon, love this business. Really friendly and professional service. I have a large truck and live in a mountainous area and which is extremely hard on my brakes. The business owner took his time to explain to me how I could xhange my driving habits to lessen the wear on my brakes. I was very impressed with him. This is the third time I bought this Groupon, once for my daughter, once on an older car and now once for my F150. With rising prices everywhere, it is nice to know that he has kept the same deal over the years. Thank You Ricer City Brakes.

This place screams scam. I bought a Groupon, made an appointment and everything. As soon as I show up I’m told that I need over $1,000 worth of work, with the Groupon. I offered to go buy the parts myself. I’m told it’ll be $80 for each wheel. I go buy the parts, come back and pay them $320 for their services. I come back a few hours later only to find out they only did my rear brakes, didn’t touch the front even though I paid $160 for them to work on them. Seems to me they use the Groupon to lure people in and then bombard with all this additional work that is needed. They let me pay for work on 4 wheels then only did half of it. Overall I will never go back here. Proceed with caution. I’m not one to even leave comments but I feel like people should be warned.
