Goperformance and Fitness
GoPerformance & Fitness assists athletic improvement through physique-enhancing workout sessions that balance personalized attention with the catalyzing camaraderie of group training. Both semiprivate training (2–6 people) and group conditioning classes (6–15 people) employ a rotating selection of workout-of-the-day programs, which build muscles with nontraditional training tools such as kettlebells, tire sleds, and the complete works of Samuel Beckett. Certified personal trainers lead each session, applying body-toning know-how and motivational mettle to accelerate clients’ cardiovascular endurance and neuromuscular coordination. A complimentary fitness evaluation helps GoPerformance tailor training to suit individual needs and ensure customers make the most of their 30 days. In 45-minute Go Kids fitness classes, GoPerformance entertains youngsters with healthy activities while filling pint-size brains with fitness knowledge and tips for diversifying their investment portfolios. Classes take place on Saturday and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. for ages 5–7 and from 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for ages 8–10.
