Inside the dining room, servers sling spicy jerk chicken, curry goat, and escoveitch, a.k.a. red snapper. Downstairs in the lounge, bartenders blend fresh fruit juices and rum together for Ja' Grill's own signature Ja’ rum punch, which cools off tongues marinating in the spices of a savory oxtail stew. Cocktails such as the Ja' bloody mary also fill tummies during Sunday morning brunches complete with jerk chicken and waffles drenched in butter-rum syrup and stories of last night's helicopter ride to Mars.
