Rather than limit the studio's focus, Spring Wellness Center's impassioned instructors lead an eclectic assortment of Pilates, yoga, and fitness classes that emphasize core strength as well as mind-body wellness. Mat Pilates sessions help students perfect fundamental exercises while using their body weight to generate resistance. Similarly, yoga classes emphasize the importance of thoughtful movements and introspective self-control while introducing flowing Vinyasa sequences or vigorous Ashtanga poses, often performed in a heated room.
