During her nearly 20 years as a certified practitioner, Lois Scott has learned how to use massage as an effective tool for sustaining mental and physical well-being. She uses a range of massage techniques, including Swedish and sports massage, to boost circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage, and ease sore muscles. Over the years, she has also incorporated aesthetic treatments into her repertoire.
To help clients take her work home, she hosts classes on relaxation massage and foot reflexology that teach students ways to pamper their loved ones at home. Classes come with take-home DVDs and instruction books for students whose stone tablets aren’t big enough to chisel all their notes onto.
