Pole Kittens Fitness
The intensively trained instructors at PoleKittens Fitness tighten bodies with seductive routines performed on the pole, chair, and floor. During 90-minute Intro to Pole workshops, students learn fundamental techniques stemming from PoleKitten’s palate of courses, including spins, filler and flow movements, and conditioning exercises. The 90-minute Three-Button Strip Tease workshop guides swishing hips through a choreographed lap-dance number that can easily be customized to favorite songs or husky recitations of tax forms. A weekly schedule of drop-in classes allows students to tackle the 42 spins and 180 dance moves comprising the 60-minute PoleFit curriculum or don their sexiest heels for Cardio Pole and Bubble Wrap Popping 101. With an emphasis on qualified coaching, each PoleKittens Fitness instructor undergoes an intensive AlphaKitten program including 12 months of supervised training before imparting their wisdom with students.
