Kim, the owner of Crofton Bootcamp, hails from Gold’s Gym, where she acted as a personal trainer for students of all ages and fitness levels. With her experience and expertise, she’s put together various boot-camp classes that combine fun, high-energy exercise and targeted fitness routines. During one-hour fitness boot-camp classes, students use dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and plyometrics to slim their physiques and buff up. Cardio camps keep the blood pumping during outdoor drills (weather permitting), whereas shorter classes, such as the boot-camp, fit challenging and rewarding drills into 30- and 15-minute slots for those short on time. Crofton Bootcamp also offers one-on-one personal training and helps clients attain healthier lifestyles through a nutritional diet.
