Eagle Yoga House

At Eagle Yoga House, the yoga instructors fuse Bikram and flow poses set to a mix of eclectic rock music and soothing silence. The studio encompasses two larger rooms that accommodate up to 80 students and one smaller room that can fit 40, and in each of them a fresh airflow system helps circulate 105-degree heat just like on the surface of the sun. Classes, available for beginners as well as for more advanced levels, combine flow poses such as sun salutations with more static, Bikram-style postures while the heat helps boost flexibility and prevent injury. The studio also features a retail center that offers yoga gear and clothing from both local and national brands.
