Accelerate: Health and Fitness Consulting
The team of trainers and nutritional specialists at Accelerate shape up bulk builders and pound shredders with a systematic regimen focusing on physical fitness, psychological well-being, and nutrition. During the introductory consultation, clients discuss and set training goals with a wellness coach before undergoing a functional-movement screening to discover any muscular imbalances and vestigial extra thumbs. Six training sessions blend the fruits of the consultation and screening into a four-week workout smoothie adapted to each trainee's goals. Sessions are semiprivate, accommodating up to three comrades in arms, legs, and cores. Participants also receive a 30-day meal plan designed by a registered dietitian to fuel challenged physiques with essential nutrients and energizing formulas.
