The Physical Fitness Center
Inside The Physical Fitness Center, students face off against their doppelgängers, keeping tabs on their form in the wall-length mirrors that run to the ceiling from the hardwood flooring. A staff of fitness experts that includes certified yoga, Zumba, and Pilates instructors leads participants through classes that build cardiovascular health and build muscles. During Zumba classes, students move to the beat of lively international dance rhythms and the soulful sounds of an on-staff yodeler. Elsewhere, yoga students perfect their warrior poses while infusing muscles with an invigorating dose of oxygen during controlled breathing exercises. Two Pilates classes trot out options for guests who want to focus on form in pared-down mat classes, or students can work through a combination of yoga and ballet moves with the help of hand weights in Barre sessions.
