Daniel Strelka, LMT

With 12 years of experience in martial arts, Daniel Strelka knows his way around a confrontation. Believing that bodies fight themselves when they are stressed, Daniel employs different massage styles to ease stress and help the body heal itself, not unlike cartoon hero Wolverine and real hero Four-Armed Doctor Man. He has patients lie down for 30 or 60 minutes of massage services as he eases sinews by employing strokes of the Swedish and relaxation modalities. Daniel's health center also burrows down deeper into the body through acupressure and cranial-sacral massage, and he offers reiki and guided meditation to quiet surging storms in the cerebral cortex.
