Blue Sky Exercise
Fitness buff Sonya Sayre leads blistering, full-body workouts in Turbo Kick, the kickboxing workout plan devised by Chalene Johnson. Classes are held Wednesday and Thursday evening, and sculpt sagging sinews with a non-stop series of jabs, uppercuts, and roundhouse kicks. Saturday morning classes are also offered starting at 11 a.m. Sessions are powered by an up-beat soundtrack of dance music, and help burn calories while sparking metabolism.
