Every Age Yoga
Joan Lembo first discovered her passion for movement at age 5, when she took her first tap lesson. That class was the start of a professional dance career that spanned the globe and eventually led to the study of yoga and meditation. Today, Joan instructs students at Every Age Yoga, teaching the art of yoga with a special focus on gentle techniques, guided meditation, and breathing exercises. Adults channel their energy into flexibility-boosting poses or serene morning meditations and reflection, while kids build mind-body awareness free from the competitive environments of playground soccer games and youth stock exchanges.
