Hangover Mondays, Tummy Tuck Tuesdays, and Hump Wednesdays. At Revolution- Fitness Evolved, each day’s workout aims to blast away fat and sculpt students into strong, toned citizens. Owner Ray Chargualaf Jr. plays the ringleader at the innovative gym, and preaches a philosophy of training smarter, not harder. Ray and his fellow instructors use target heart rate exercises and explosive movements to build endurance, flexibility, coordination, and agility. Classes might use TRX equipment to pump up pecs, box jumps to build quads, or tractor tires to stage a tableau from The Grapes of Wrath.
