Chiropractor Ladd Carlston believes wellness requires a collaboration of healing modalities, not strict adherence to one. Though he's trained in chiropractic techniques, Dr. Carlston also spent time in China learning traditional Chinese healing methods. At Mind in Motion, he combines these techniques to eradicate foot, knee, hip, arm, or shoulder pain. Often, relief comes after one or two sessions, during which Dr. Carlston quickly pinpoints problems with a few quick movement tests, and then reverses pain and discomfort by gently manipulating the muscles.
