Legs spin and cores engage in indoor cycling classes, while the Tower and Reformer add a vertical exercise plane to a Pilates Free for All session. A variety of equipment adds complexity to Pilates Fusion classes, and the Mile High Club focuses on endurance outdoors. A total of 11 classes fill the schedule, and each is taught by an instructor with experience, a passion for what they do, and a set of days-of-the-week sneakers.
