Movers & Shakers Fitness Club
Through personal training and group fitness classes, Movers & Shakers Fitness Club coaxes clients off the couch and into the gym. Small groups convene at morning and evening six days a week for heart-pumping classes, including boot camp, Cardio Dance Blast, and beginners' basics, which teaches the fundamentals of fitness, such as which workplace objects are appropriate to bench-press. The club’s personal trainers also tailor one-on-one sessions to personal weight-loss or strength-training goals, and they supplement workouts with custom meal plans. The club's clients can complement their newly fit physique with onsite facials and body wraps.
