Wunderbar and Bistro
Zak and Rich are the gastronomy experts at Wunderbar & Bistro—the former prepares upscale American eats in the kitchen and the latter mans the bar. Under their direction, local brews pair with specialty burgers at lunch and substantial entrees, such as Holstein schnitzel and free-range roasted chicken, at dinner. Leather-backed seats and wooden tables pepper the dining room, which comes alive from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day. Wings and onion rings arrive by way of a late night menu, and a recently renovated lounge hosts billiards, darts, and four big-screen TVs.
