The bakers at each of this bagel shop’s two locations give new meaning to the term “a long workday”. They begin it by hand rolling, boiling, and baking all of their all-natural bagels. After that, they get started on black-and-white cookies, crumb cakes, and a dozen types of homemade muffins, including cappuccino and cranberry. Then, they make more bagels. Their endless labors mean guests can find hot bagels at the two shops all day long, ready to pair with cream cheeses, homemade cold salads, and smoked fish. In addition to bagels, the shops also assemble wraps and grilled paninis with European bread. Coffee drinks, tea, and freshly squeezed orange juice wash down meals and keep vocal chords limber, just in case you only communicate in song.
