Subtle nods to the chef’s co-owner and husband Eric Thurnauer––who is of Swiss and English heritage––can be found sprinkled about the menu as well, most notably in an engadine cake paired with chocolate and smoked sea salt and topped with a working Swatch. Select menu items are designated as vegan, and even more can be made so, upon request, as can lunchtime bento boxes, available for pick-up or delivery.
