Pick and Eat
Pick and Eat makes quick comfort food using healthy ingredients. Chefs combine fresh produce, lean meats, and vibrant spices to cook up grilled chicken quesadillas, Angus beef burgers, wood-oven pizzas, and classic Caesar salads. They also toss Brazilian jasmine rice with grilled wild salmon, fill tacos with curry carne asada, and create mock burgers from chick peas in a yogurt dressing. Alongside these dishes, they whir up smoothies loaded with fresh fruit, coconut milk, and yogurt, as well as freshly squeezed juices. Glasses of wine and pints of beer can add more sophistication to meals much like a bowtie tied around a fork's neck.
