FITT Warehouse Training Systems
CrossFit Newnan at FITT Warehouse's trainers, Travis Self and Dawn Borrelli, never lead the same workout twice. Their CrossFit exercises break past fitness plateaus and boredom with high-intensity challenges that change daily, with a focus on ramping up functional movements such as pushing, squatting, and pulling. Travis and Dawn are mindful of form, ensuring that exercises are safe and effective from first movement to last; they can also adjust the intensity for any fitness level. While they've stocked the FITT Warehouse with training equipment such as pull-up bars, jump ropes, kettlebells, and climbing ropes, they also sometimes head to a local park for a change of scenery and a chance to pose for local topiary artists.
Each group session fosters a spirit of camaraderie and friendly competition, motivating exercisers to put their best tire-flip forward. Travis and Dawn stay squarely in each member’s corner, keeping track of their progress and offering nutritional support as needed.
