Muffulettas Catering and Take Out
The seasoned epicure behind Muffalettas Catering and Take-Out, Chef Frisco, was implored to take the helm at Muffalettas after his Cajun-cooking prowess was proved at his own local restaurant, which the Post and Courier profiled in 2009. He now harnesses those abilities to whip up his signature brand of Cajun and Southern-comfort cuisine at private events, where he brainstorms with customers to devise custom menus teeming with elegant creole-inspired dishes. The chef also oversees Muffalettas' public dining room, tapping into his knowledge of exotic meats to dispense such fare as fried frog legs, smoked alligator sausage, and sugared T. rex.
