Sun Yoga

Students inhale as they stretch their fingertips toward high ceilings and root their feet into Sun Yoga's cork floors. In this eco-friendly studio, 13 teachers lead more than a dozen styles of yoga classes. Classics include energetic Vinyasa power flow and gentler Hatha yoga. Other more nontraditional styles such as postnatal yoga, runner’s yoga, and kid’s yoga target practitioners who find themselves in particular walks or jogs of life.

Sun Yoga also provides a 200-hour teacher-training program that shepherds bourgeoning instructors through coursework on techniques, methodologies, and philosophies. Other services such as reiki therapy and body-and-mind therapy aim to address energy blockages through holistic healing and whole-body stretches.
