My first visit to a chiropractor, so I was a little nervous and self-conscious. Dr. Hoffman is very friendly and easy to talk to, he put me at ease with his evaluation. First, he asked me a lot of questions to assess my current state, he then did a cursory spinal cord assessment, identifying a few notable characteristics. Based on this he programmed the professional massage chair for my parameters. The chair was surprisingly effective at massaging my back, bottom, shoulder blades, legs, and thighs. Once you get used to it and relax it is kind of amazing what it can do. The Doctor then set me up for a few chiropractic adjustments. Having not experienced this before, honestly it was a little shocking but, ultimately in a good way. I made a follow-up appointment for next month. If you're considering checking out a chiropractor, this Groupon offer from Dr. Hoffman, can't be beat.
