The Kitchen Provo
If the instructors at The Kitchen were melded into one Voltron-esque chef, that chef would stand out as a culinary impresario, wielding skills in organic and vegetarian cooking, as well as pastry-making, and international cuisine. And it’s a good thing that the teaching staff is so multifaceted. They lead classes that not only focus on regional cuisines, but also cooking for events such as making side dishes for football-viewing gatherings or desserts to warm up cold nights.
