Arrichion Hot Yoga
"Real fighters do yoga," according to the trainers at Arrichion. That's why their hot yoga sessions aren't simply standalone classes; they're also incorporated into the Train Like A Warrior program. Created to complement the studio's wrestling and mixed martial arts classes, the Warrior program is designed specifically for sparring-sports athletes. By blending circuit training, hot yoga, and MMA, trainers not only strengthen their body, but also hone both physical and mental fighting skills.
