Growing up, Patrick Hogan was always given a hard time about being overweight. At one point, he weighed in at 350 pounds, and found himself overeating whenever he was bored, happy, or depressed. Finally, Patrick reached his limit. He had never been passionate about anything before, but when he discovered nutrition and personal training, Patrick knew he'd found his calling.
Today, that passion shines through at The Law of Motion, where Patrick liberates others from the seemingly hopeless cycle of unhealthy habits. Through one-on-one and group training programs, Patrick helps clients shed pounds, tone their bodies, and gain strength so they can finally do activities that interest them, such as completing a 5K or using cheeseburgers as backyard bocce balls.
