Just Breathe Yoga
For Angie Poon, yoga was a life-changing experience. It helped her find balance and inner strength while opening her mind and strengthening her body. Angie opened Just Breathe Yoga because she wanted to invite others to experience the same changes she underwent. In that vein, she offers Vinyasa yoga sessions in rooms heated to 90 degrees. This practice boosts metabolism, increases flexibility, and expels toxins from the body through sweat rather than sending toxins expulsion letters. Angie and her staff are also invested in the community, cultivating a close-knit environment where people of all levels feel comfortable and welcomed.
