Seamstress and bridal adviser Glenda Edmunds created A La Mode to channel more than two decades of bridal experience into culling together wedding get-ups for the eagerly engaged. During personal shopping appointments, Glenda takes inventory of the bride-to-be's wedding-day dreams, helping to select an ideal dress to flatter her size and figure. Tiaras, jewellery, dyeable shoes, and head-to-toe chainmail armour augment elegant gowns designed by Mon Cheri, Sophia Tolli, and ADK. Glenda and her staff further spruce up weddings with decorations that range from coloured chair covers to napkins and tablecloths.
