Each of Heal and Soul Yoga & Tai Chi's instructors draws from a different background to create a well-rounded studio, helping patrons to achieve total wellness. Drawing from principles such as meditation, knowledge of anatomy, and holistic healing, the studio's schedule hosts a diverse blend of yoga and tai chi styles for students of all ability levels. Tai chi and qigong classes help to calm and strengthen the body and mind with moving meditation techniques, which some staff have practiced since the '70s and '80s. Yoga classes include beginner-friendly stretch sessions, prenatal yoga, and partner yoga, which is perfect for couples and friends stuck together by a chinese finger trap.
