Yoga With Kaleena
When Kaleena Roch took her first yoga class shortly after having her second child, she was blown away by the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits it brought her. After that experience, she decided to delve further into the world of yoga, eventually earning her teaching certification. Now, she shares her passion with her students during classes held inside the American Martial Arts facility. Her hatha flow classes consist of flowing poses that help students work on their flexibility, strength, and stamina.
