Health and fitness have always been integral to Ironwill Fitness head trainer Chris Green’s life. As a wrestler and soccer player in college, Chris nurtured an athletic spirit that propelled him to a master’s degree in sports psychology, a purple belt in Brazilian jiujitsu, and certifications both as a personal trainer and CrossFit instructor. His background shines through in his group workouts, which change daily to keep muscles from getting bored and tying themselves into knots. The exercises cater to beginners and seasoned athletes alike, incorporating kettlebells, Olympic bars, and other equipment to oust extra pounds and strengthen core musculature.
