Trevor Kitchen and Bar uses fresh ingredients and passionate cooking to forge a dinner menu of sophisticated and seasonal comfort food. Corral buckwild appetites with an appetizer such as the bacon and tomato salad ($14) or the ricotta gnocchi ($15) with smoked trout. Foie gras fanatics will rejoice at the roster of fattened livers on tap at Trevor, including seared foie gras with blueberry-muffin top and clotted cream ($19), macaroni and asiago cheese with seared foie gras ($21), and a truffled goat-cheese poutine with seared foie gras ($23). Guests can add seared foie gras ($15) to any entree as well. Entrees include a lobster and prawn spaghettini in cognac and chive sauce ($25) and roast chicken with confit leg and Riesling jus ($26). A lounge menu is also available for foodies who have been advised by doctors that they can only enjoy eats in close proximity to wine, cocktails, and beer.
