Trevor Kitchen and Bar forges a dinner menu of sophisticated comfort food made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Corral buckwild appetites with an appetizer such as the leek-and-potato salad, accessorized with black-truffle vinaigrette and a stylish pillbox hat ($15), or the fennel risotto with roasted pancetta ($15). Foie-gras fanatics will rejoice at the lineup of fattened livers on tap at Trevor, including seared foie gras with blueberry pancakes, maple syrup, and vanilla jus ($19), macaroni and asiago cheese with seared foie gras ($21), and a truffled goat-cheese poutine with seared foie gras ($23). Guests can add seared foie gras to any entree as well ($15). Main dishes include a lobster-and-prawn spaghettini in cognac and chive sauce ($25) and slow-roasted pork belly ($27), served with barbecue octopus and a rhyming dictionary to help diners compose a paean to the chef. A lounge menu satiates diminutive appetites with small plates such as a trio of mini Kobe-style burgers ($21), which diners can nibble while imbibing selections from Trevor's roster of wine, cocktails, and beer.
