Before they discovered TRX training, A List Fitness owners Vince and Lori were itching for a new exercise regimen. Vince's experience with college baseball and other competitive sports gave him the same tenacity as Lori's seven years as a personal trainer, and together, they explored ways to enhance their gym's class curriculum. Once they tried the suspension system for themselves, they added it to the roster immediately.
TRX now shares the spotlight with other one-hour group classes, such as power yoga, team sport training, and outdoor running sessions. Vince and Lori stand by the suspension bands' capacity to tone muscle and hone balance, effects that have made it the preferred workout of acrobat moving companies. During routines, instructors demonstrate modifications for all strength levels to ensure every guest can flex safely and comfortably.
