Quell a quavering belly with the bacon and scallop rolls, an original Kai Sushi Bar concoction rolled with seasoned bacon and Japanese scallops in a tangy, spicy sauce ($9). Or, satisfy a protean palate with an assorted nigiri sushi plate ($24), sampling nine sushi selections that may include the ahi tuna, amaebi (sweet prawn), tamago (egg cake), or unagi (eel).
