Oceanfront Fitness and Yoga
Just a few blocks from the rolling waves of the Atlantic Ocean, experienced instructors develop their own flow during classes at the studio’s brand new location. With more than a dozen classes offered, yogis can brush up on the basics or work through the challenging sequences of Ocean Flow Vinyasa—a class designed for intermediate-to-advanced students or beginner porpoises. The studio casts open its doors seven days a week, and invites students for drop-in sessions or membership programs. As a Yoga Alliance certified studio, Oceanfront also readies new legions of instructors with yoga certification courses.
