Balance Gym blasts its clientry into strength's upper stratospheres with innovative group classes and sweat-breaking scores of equipment. Your membership grants you access to all of Balance's basic classes, including Barre, Abs Blast, Boot Camp, and Zumba, plus specialized introductory classes in CrossFit and Pole Dancing, a heart-pumping workout that increases flexibility and is perfect for aspiring lady ghostbusters and women looking to strength train. Volleyball is also offered on Tuesday nights. Each of the three gyms offers a unique fitness feature: Kalorama's full-sized basketball court, Thomas Circle's Ninja Warrior body-weight course, or Glover Park's fully equipped Pilates studio. The training trio is also fully stocked with a bevy of cardio machines and free weights.
