Each has its own temperature and embedded minerals that can provide specific health benefits: The Hot Yellow Clay with Charcoal Room, for example, reaches 120 degrees. Lay down here and it’s said to help you get rid of impurities and improve blood flow. The Warm Jade Room maxes out at 98 degrees, and it is embedded with calcium, iron, and magnesium; according to tradition, it can help with high blood pressure. Botanical fragrances fill the herbal steam sauna; you can also unwind in one of the hot tubs, which dissolve muscle knots while heating any pasta you might keep in your pockets.
The facilities aren’t limited to just the saunas: there’s a fitness center and onsite café if you want to stay a while. Access to these facilities is included in a day pass. Guests can also take advantage of body scrubs and massages.
