We bought the groupon for the premade meals in indpls. When we tried to redeem it, all slots by the expiration date were taken. At onr time, the voicemail said they were working with groupon but we have not heard anything since. What do we do?

I’m not receiving my groupon denver to my email again. I’ve checked my SPAM, and none in there either.
Also, an idea for a company to offer a Groupon — Scottevest.com. terrific travel gear, LOTS of pockets, svelt style. Looking forward to a DEEP discount

I spent several days trying to work out a problem I was have with a Groupon, while trying to get the matter straighted out the Groupon expired , I was told by service person they would help and contact me with the outcome., Needless to say no one contacted me and the Groupon expired I emailed twice and neither email got an answer. I’m unsure about future Groupon purchases…

I emailed Groupon about a problem with a vendor for whom I purchased a Groupon. They services they advertised didn’t exist. This is the “customer service’ response from Groupon: Hi Samantha, Thanks very much for your feedback and I do apologize for any trouble. A whole lot of nothing…just like the vendor upon which I wasted my money, put my time and valuables at risk, and didn’t get what was advertised as part of the Groupon.
Did your customer support team train at the hotel where I got such lousy service?

no one is answering the phones at groupon. no one is responding to email at groupon. no one is responding to the web support at groupon. I’m trying to buy something, entered multiple credit cards, no luck. I’ve never had so much difficulty buying something… no support really concerns me…
