Some Groupon employees are more naturally predisposed to working at night due to having been born at night. In order to succeed in the late hours, staff must follow these night-shift rules, posted on everyone’s computer screen, nightly:

There is no lunch break. Lunch takes place between breakfast and dinner. You can’t just eat a meal whenever and call it lunch.

I don’t know if it’s the night crew or the daytime peeps, but whoeve writes the copy to explain the deal sounds like someone I’d like to have as a friend. LOVE the humor!
