Malbec, jalapeños, lemons, limes, apples, honey, and citrus cola. At Bandidos, these eclectic ingredients come together to form the picoso. It’s one of the eatery’s four signature sangrias, each one flooded with a different combination of creative and distinct flavors. But drinks only make up half of the menu. Bandidos also lets diners build their own Mexican meals. Referencing blueprints drawn on the table in guacamole, customers choose the foundation—taco, burrito, tostada, or salad greens—and then add meat or veggies, as well as toppings such as rice, beans, pico de gallo, cheese, and salsa.
