Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
CrossFit North Park is led by expert coaches who inspire, teach and support your growth and development safely. Our foundation session is key to getting started on the right foot. The community environment is awesome and the other athletes in the class are a huge part of your support structure to keep you focused, motivated and feeling happy. [That] will keep you accountable not just to yourself but to the others around you.
Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
Yes and no: results come through challenging your body physically and mentally. Just as with any endeavor, you must get out of your comfort zone to see improvements and reach your goals. Injury is never a goal, but you must challenge yourself to be better each day—safely.
