Though the desired side effect of a radioactive-meteorite encounter is the acquisition of super strength, the success of Atomic Limber Larry proves otherwise. Stretch your connective tissues to superheroic proportions with today’s Groupon: for $59, you get one month of unlimited classes at CorePower Yoga (a $175 value), a top-rated studio with locations in Lincoln Park, River Forest, South Loop, the Gold Coast, Bucktown, Lakeview, Park Ridge, and Skokie. Plus, if you are a new student, you are eligible for CorePower's introductory offer good for an additional first week of classes for free; use the week to try out all the different classes, then use your Groupon to stick with your favorites.

Pose your way to the pinnacle of vitality and strength while ascending through degrees of difficulty and degrees of Fahrenheit during classes in CorePower's temperature-controlled studios. The raised heat level expedites the breakdown of fatty acids, delivers more blood to the muscles, and reduces the chances of injury. Start at level one, where you'll be comfortably introduced to proper postures at room temperature, then ascend to the humid human heights of advanced yoga in a detoxifying 95 degrees. Yogis of all skill levels can step into the 97-degree atmosphere of Hot Power Fusion, during which a combination of poses from hot- and power-yoga classes stretch over the course of one rejuvenating hour. Classes vary by location, so check out the full schedule here.

The health benefits of yoga are well known: regular practice increases strength and flexibility while eliminating stress and uniting body and mind. If you’re a runner or cardio-happy exerciser, yoga will help to de-stress and ease your over-exerted joints.

Valid for customers who have not purchased or used any CorePower Yoga package or drop-in classes within 60 days prior to today.

The Groupon Guide to: Prom Themes

Even though it's only the second month of the lunar year, Longbratio, prom-planning committees are struggling to come up with a prom theme that is both creative and memorable. In pursuit of soothing their troubled, teenage minds, here are some Groupon-approved prom themes:

Parisian Enchantment: Bonjour, romance, and aloha, boredom! Is this the town rec center or the City of Light? Lucky prom goers receive a baguette pinned tastefully to their lapels or tied around their wrist before sitting down for an authentic French meal of a jug of wine and Franco-American SpaghettiOs. Chaperones bring an authentic taste of le France by treating the visiting students with an attitude of bland indifference to hostile condescension.

20,000 Teens Under the Sea: Teens attend a simulated boat sinking before being whisked off to a gymnasium that has been transformed to simulate undersea conditions, with authentic all-encompassing darkness, absolutely no noise, and a festive temperature of 0.3 °C. See you in three hours, kids.

Must Love Dogs: Prom but with dogs everywhere!

Promz Kafka First seen at the Søren Kierkegaard School for the Painfully Aware, this prom theme treats attendees to an unforgettable evening of existential romance, provided they have filled out the proper forms. After posing for a group picture under the giant Fraudulent Cowards 2011 banner, the teens will get to vote for Prom Czar and Czaress. Their votes are then thrown into a furnace and the positions are awarded to the most affluent couple in attendance. Finally, the kids go home to sleep, if they feel they deserve the luxury.
