Flirty Girl's founders wanted to start a fitness club that would offer fun—but downright sexy—workouts. What do we mean? Here are some of the classes you can choose from:

- Lap Dance (a two-hour workshop)
Your Groupon is good for five hours of class time (most are an hour, except for the two-hour Saturday workshop classes). It's a fun fitness concept, but the workouts aren't easy (we would not recommend upper-level pole classes to beginners). Plus, your Groupon gets you a manicure at Flirty Girl's spa.
Flirty Girl Fitness is a fitness center and spa on weekdays and a women-only social club on weekends (with a dance bar, dance poles, and dance chairs). If dance-hungry fitness enthusiasts get their way, Flirty Girl may soon be adding dance free weights, dance saunas, and dance towels. Flirty Girl Fitness can even help you throw a wild bachelorette or girl’s-night-out party; member appreciation parties and networking events for women are held twice a year.
Flirty Girl's founders believe the unique blend of spa, social club, and sexy workouts will increase your confidence, help you enjoy working out more, and make you more fit and fabulous. Though Flirty Girl Fitness will make you feel like an empowered goddess, that doesn't mean you have to already be one to feel comfortable there.
