In the old days, markets were the center of social life, and aluminum was more precious than gold. Today's deal delivers value and convenience tantamount to Charles Martin Hall's electrolytic process for refining aluminum. For $20, you get $40 worth of groceries at Fox & Obel. This Groupon is only valid toward market purchases, and not toward Fox & Obel's café, catering services, or the Atrium Wine Bar. The market is open every day of the year, excluding Christmas Day.

Groupon Says
Fox and Obel, Directed by Twee Fitzmonson
Some readers may remember the popularish indie detective dramedy Fox and Obel. Directed by iconic quirksmith Twee Fitzmonson, the film has achieved cult status for its deliberate, methodical cinematography, creative use of primary colors, and Bill Murray. Here is a somewhat long synopsis of the pilot:
Brompton Fox, an aging detective at the police department and absentee father, finds out he must partner with cocksure young rookie Cody Obel to solve the infamous Yarn Murder case. He is unhappy about this so he sneaks a drink from his flask while a Kinks song plays to emphasize his unhappiness.
Later, Brompton and Cody, having just escaped near-death in an altercation with drug dealer Smooth Fitzhugh, share a beer on the roof of Fox's brownstone. "The universe is still expanding, you know," says Brompton. "What?" replies Cody.
The next morning, Fox and Obel corner the Yarn Murderer in an alley. The Murderer steps into the light to reveal that he is, in fact, the son that Fox had sent to military school years earlier. A string quartet version of "I Saw the Sign" plays. Fox and Obel get in a fight about what to do next, only to realize that they are more of a father and son to each other than anyone else. The murderer has gotten away. Slow motion happens.
