Kids, like tomatoes, grow on their own and bruise when squeezed too hard with a set of tongs. Today’s Groupon lets you coddle your human tomatoes: for $30, you get a one-month unlimited membership with waived initiation fee plus unlimited open gym attendance (a $110 total value) at Gymboree Play & Music. This Groupon is redeemable for learning-filled fun at one of two Cincinnati-area locations.
Gymboree offers a bevy of baby-engaging classes in which parents and wee ones work together to build the tot's creativity and encourage development through play. Weekly classes are available for the freshly born sapling to the five-years-young wise wanderer. This deal includes rhythm-building music classes, imagination-expanding art classes, and Gymboree's most popular class, Play & Learn. The month's membership ($59) normally allows you to take one class per week, but a bonus pass ($16) also included with this deal gives you unlimited access to play, music, and art classes for your child's age group during the month. The enrollment fee ($35) is included with this Groupon. This deal also includes unlimited attendance at Gymboree's open gym sessions (contact location for schedule), and you will also be offered a $25 discount on Gymboree clothing with a $50 purchase.
One Groupon must be purchased for each child, and each child must be accompanied by at least one adult (but more than one adult is welcome). The 45-minute classes help to build an everlasting bond that will feel like being tethered to each other with Ethernet cable. Enrollment can be transferred between both participating Cincinnati locations. Bond with your baby, or exercise childlike energy in a public forum.
This deal is not valid for birthday parties, toys, or school skills classes. Valid for currently enrolled families to add an additional class to existing enrollment.

Groupon Says
Parents Just Don't Understand…or Do They?
Today's deal gives parents and children an activity they can use to blow off steam together. The tension between parents and their offspring can be stressful, often causing kids to break out into verses of the Fresh Prince classic "Parents Just Don't Understand," while parents simultaneously begin crooning "Kids Today," from the Bye Bye, Birdie score. The resultant cacophony can wake neighborhood babies, shatter the tubes of older television sets, and cause dogs to run away to find families less tone-deaf.
A much better way to cope with intra-familial animosity is through a mutual stress-relieving activity. Parents, when was the last time you sat down with your children and asked them to teach you the video game they were playing, in exchange for two hours of unsupervised driving practice in the nearest graveyard? And kids, don't write off your parents as uncool old fuddy-duddies! They were young once too, and more than happy to regale you with stories from their wild college days of staying up all night studying for their CPA certification, or the time they packed six of their friends into their five-seater Chevy Cavalier to see Ghostbusters in a real movie theater.
Remember, kids and parents, when you're at each others throats, you only have to lower your grip a few inches to turn that strangle into a hug.
