Trouble accessing your Groupons?

From the homepage click on "Sign in" on the right side of the page inside of the blue band. Signed in using your email address and password, or if you originally used Facebook connect when you made the purchase, sign in that way. Next, click on "My Stuff," and then select "My Groupons". Any Groupon that you've been charged for will always show up here, so come back as often as you'd like!

Trouble signing in to buy the Groupon?

If you've never purchased a Groupon before, you might not have an account (even if you receive our daily emails). After you click on the big green "Buy" button make sure to fill out all the fields, including the password field twice (which creates a password for your account).

If you do have an account but can't log in, try reseting your password.

Want to change your purchase quantity?

As long as it is still the same day that you made your purchase, you can still change the quantity you signed up for or even cancel your order. Just go back to the homepage and click on "Change my purchase." On this form you can change your purchase quantity at the top of the page or cancel your order at the bottom of the page--just make sure to click "Change my order" to complete the transaction.

Want to subscribe to the daily email for your city?

At the bottom of the page, click on Subscribe to Daily Email and then fill out the form. You can subscribe to as many cities as you would like.

My credit card was rejected. Can I still get the Groupon?

Yes! As long as you update your card information within 3 days of the feature, we will try to run the charge again. Simply follow the link from the email notifying you that the charge failed.
